Personally, I believe that event photography can be so much more than just documenting an event. To me, it's an opportunity to tell a story. A story of a group of people that have come together at a specific place in time with a goal to enrich their lives, or contribute to a common purpose. The thing that I love about my job is that I get to contribute to that experience by capturing the genuine moments of connection and awakening that only happen in settings like this. Snapping that shot that perfectly captures the feeling and emotion of the entire event is what keeps me interested from start to finish, and I’d love to bring my passion to your event as well.
A very fun and energetic corporate conference including keynotes, breakouts, and a silent disco.

Behind the goofy smile is a human that enjoys traveling, petting every single dog at the park, and eating breakfast food for dinner.
It's a pleasure to meet you!
Oh... right. I also have nearly 15 years experience doing professional photography for businesses, brands, and agencies.

Absolutely! It's very common for companies with remote workers or multiple offices to only be in the same place at the same time for special occasions or events. I'm happy to take as many headshots as you need me to, and I only charge an additional fee for my retouching time per image.
The majority of what I shoot are corporate events, but not exclusively. I also really enjoy shooting concerts and sporting events as well, among other types of events and gatherings that don't fit neatly inside the box of 'event photography'. One important thing to mention though, is that I do not shoot weddings.
I process all images by applying color adjustments, exposure adjustments, cropping, and straightening. Beyond that, if retouching is required on individual photos, I would charge an hourly rate to retouch your images, or refer you to a retoucher if my schedule is too full.
I tell my clients to expect to see their photos within 1-2 weeks after the end of their event. Faster turnaround is usually possible, but depending on how fast, I may need to charge a rush fee.
Of course! I carry around some pretty expensive equipment, so I make sure that I'm covered. I have liability insurance, and am also insured for theft.
On a case by case basis, I do. Though if you catch me at a busy time, I may not be able to discount my rate too much, because even a short shoot often means that I am unable to book any other shoot that day.
