Stylizing, Editing, and Delivery of Your Event Images

When I'm shooting, I'm never aiming for a set number of images. Instead, my focus is always on creating as many high-quality images as possible to effectively tell the story of your event. My rate always includes professionally edited, high-resolution images, with social media or web-sized versions also available upon request.

When editing your images, my goal is to represent your brand as accurately as possible and deliver photographs that remain useful to you in the months or years to follow. Therefore, I avoid heavy stylization that could limit your ability to adapt the images to layouts or marketing materials. For this reason, I aim to deliver images with fairly neutral color toning.

I understand that some corporate events require fast, or even immediate, turnaround. I'm happy to offer next-day, night-of, and even immediate delivery options when needed.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, and I am fully insured and am happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

What are your rates?

I offer a variety of packages and pricing options based on the scope of your event. Please reach out to me for a custom quote.

What's included in your rate?

My rate always covers the shoot itself, as well as the processing and editing of the images. Things that go beyond the scope of a basic shoot, such as rush delivery, or travel may require additional fees.

Do you charge travel fees?

Not if your event is located inside of the Denver Metro area, but otherwise travel fees may apply.

Do you only shoot in Denver?

I love to travel for shoots! I'm always eager to discuss shooting your event anywhere in the world.

Can you photograph multi-day events or conferences?

Yes, absolutely! I provide full coverage of multi-day events and can even bring on multiple photographers or videographers if need be.

How many photos are included?

I don't limit the number of images I shoot. I aim to deliver as many high quality images as possible to tell the story of your event. I do however remove any images I may have taken that do not meet my quality standards.

Do you provide videography services?

I do not provide videography services, but I am happy to hire or recommend a videographer for your event.

What file formats do you provide?

I deliver high-resolution JPGs, as well as social media or web-sized versions upon request.

What kind of equipment do you use?

I use top-of-the-line Canon mirrorless cameras and lenses. And when additional lighting is needed, I have a full arsenal of lighting equipment at my disposal.

How do photos get delivered?

You'll receive a download link with fully edited digital files by our agreed-upon delivery date. The link will remain active for at least a year.

Can we use the images for marketing, social media, or PR?

Yes, of course!
