In the internet age when so many first impressions are made online, personal branding is essential for professional success. When it comes to personal branding headshots, my goal as a photographer is not to simply capture an image but to bring out the life, personality, and unique qualities in each of my subjects. It's about capturing the true essence of who you are, and making sure that everyone who sees your picture can feel that you're a real person, with a real history and a real story. Sometimes this is the difference between getting hired for the job, or earning a new client.
What I love most about my job is that there's a certain magic to the process of helping each person go through the process of opening up and presenting that realness that they often hide from the world. And don't worry, I've developed the skill for making people comfortable enough to do that during a shoot. No experience required!

What Does A Typical Shoot Look Like For outdoor shoots, plan for 2-3 hours of walking around the shoot location and taking photos. I usually recommend bringing a few different outfit changes that might show different sides of your personality(more casual, formal, stylish, urban, etc...). We'll work together to develop your style and figure out what kinds of looks portray you in the most genuine way. Many photographers will never show you the photos that they're taking during a shoot, but I will want your feedback so that I can be absolutely sure that you're getting what you want from our shoot.
Do you have a studio? Yes, I have a studio that is based out of my home in Lakewood. I can handle nearly any type of personal branding/portrait shoot that you could ever need. Custom backgrounds, creative lighting effects, even some video capabilities as well. Feel free to reach out and ask about my specific capabilities.
What if I just need a simple professional headshot? If you're just looking for a fairly basic headshot, I can definitely accommodate. Studio headshot sessions usually last around 20-30 minutes, and you'll be able to pick out your final headshots before you leave. Pricing starts at $250, and you'll receive 3 fully retouched headshots. $50/each additional headshot.
Do you edit the photos? Yes, All personal branding photoshoots come with full retouching treatment. Blemish removal, skin smoothing, toning. The works...
What is your turnaround time? I tell my clients to expect to see their photos within 1-2 weeks after the end of a shoot. Faster turnaround is usually possible, but depending on how fast, I may need to charge a rush fee.
